Now having mentioned in my previous blog that there are no accidents in life and that I should no longer be surprised, I am constantly finding myself in wonderful situations with the 'messengers of the universe'. On Monday morning as I was packing my suitcase to leave for London, the phone rang at 9AM. I answered it "hello darling" expecting it to be my friend and colleague Liz who I attended the course with, instead I was being invited to breakfast by Joan Kahaleuahi from the Foundation of I Inc (the organiser of the LA seminar). I am dedicating this blog to Joan and to her wonderful husband Keith because they are very generous and gracious people.
When I finished the seminar on Sunday night I felt that there was some unfinished business for me, but I did not know what it was. It was as though something was missing and I was feeling a little uneasy about it.
I headed down to breakfast and there at a large table was Joan, her husband Keith, Leyla and Adrianna from the course. We chatted and chatted, people came and went and we ate great food. Keith then asked me what questions I had to ask. He knew that there was unfinished business for both Liz and I, and he allowed us to unfold and unravel with our tirade of information and questions. He sat patiently writing things down as we spoke. There were often long pauses before he would speak to either one of us and it became clear that 'something or someone else' was guiding him and speaking to us through him. He gave each of us a list of things that we must do each day based on the teachings of Ho'oponopono. As each of our issues were aired, they were then cleaned upon. I knew that this was no ordinary breakfast. I also realised that this man was a Chanel. I don't know if I will ever have such a breakfast again. It was a rich gift beyond belief and I would like to thank Joan Kahaleuahi and Keith from the bottom of my heart. Joan has been practising Ho'oponopono for over 27 years. The origins of her teachings go back to her time in Hawaii alongside Hew Len and Morrnah Nalamaku Simeona.
I got far more than a breakfast that day, I sat at a banquet that will feed me for the rest of my days. My Ho'oponopono journey has only just begun and I know that as I 'clean' all of my patients and clients will benefit from the work that I do on myself. So to Joan and Keith is say 'Mahalo' from the bottom of my heart.
